You Are Not One Property. You Are Part of Something.

The Landowner Network is what separates a client from a customer. When your property joins our network, it carries the weight of every acre we manage.

How the Network Works

Volume and Relationships Change What You Can Get Done

Land management runs on an industry of timber buyers, loggers, dirt contractors, spray crews, burn crews, planting crews, and suppliers. That industry responds to volume and to relationships.
A single owner with 200 acres calling a dozer contractor in the spring is a small job that gets scheduled last, if at all. That same 200 acres inside a network we manage carries the weight of everything else we bring that contractor.
What that means for you:
Icon
More competitive interest and better attention on timber sales.
Icon
Priority and availability with contractors during the seasons when everyone wants them.
Icon
Shared mobilization, work sequenced across nearby properties instead of paying to move equipment for one job.
Icon
Vendors who perform, because they are protecting an ongoing relationship rather than a one-time invoice.
Icon
Neighboring landowners who can cooperate where scale helps, deer herd surveys, burn coordination, and habitat continuity across property lines.
The Numbers

A Network Built Over Time

Today the network includes just over 30 landowners and approximately 30,000 acres under management. We are not a quantity business. We take on a new landowner only when we are confident we can deliver top quality work. The network grows because that is how we work, not because growth is the objective. Every landowner already in it depends on us holding that line.

How You Join

Joining the Landowner Network is not automatic. It is the result of a signed management engagement. We write plans for properties that are not in the network, but our core work, and the full benefit of everything above, comes through a management relationship. If you are a fit, we will tell you straight.
